Hobson Prior are seeking for a Quality Control Laboratory Engineer to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis. Our client is focused on creating a healthier world.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will manage a large flow of samples from various manufacturing and purchasing procedures.
• Accountable for carrying out analytical needs by using practices, for example: chromatography, spectroscopy and wet chemical analysis strategies.
• Responsible for continuous improvement contributions.
• Handle both the chemical and physical analysis of finished product, semi-finished products, active substances, raw materials and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with production as well as any other support functions, for example: quality review and process technology.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a natural science field.
• Know-how of analytical work, drug analysis or quality control work through relevant work experience.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Computer literacy.
• Acquaintance with manufacturing, quality control of pharmaceuticals or any other quality controls, regulatory inspections and validation/qualification.
• Prior involvement working rendering to both GMP and LEAN which would be beneficial.
