Quality Assurance Specialist

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a permanent basis located in Budapest. Our client is focused on distributing novel health solution that enhance the treatment of illnesses in people and animals as well as overcoming said illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, document, and monitor deviation, CAPA, change control, support risk assessment
• Release products for distribution to the Hungarian market with close cooperation of our Company Hungary QRP and export to other CEE markets.
• Communicate with and support internal departments, service providers, agencies, and representatives of target markets.
• Ensure facility, equipment, system validation is performed, and results meet requirements.
• Communication with Health Authority, local business and regional Quality Management interactions and notifications regarding Quality issues.
• Maintaining the local training system and carry out GDP employee trainings. Manage and track training documents
• Notify DPOC of target country about Product Quality complaints and suspected Counterfeit, Diversion or Tampering cases.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• Capable of mixing tactical vision with methodical practical implementation.
• Able to prioritise workload.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a pharmacy field.
• Pertinent work experience in quality roles within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Comprehension of local and EU regulatory needs of transportation and storage.
• Past involvement with document management systems would be advantageous.
• Comprehension of scientific and logistics subjects.
• Data analytical abilities.
• A high capacity to analyse information and examine risk possibilities.
• Fluency in the English language.
