Quality Assurance Document Controller

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Quality Assurance Document Controller to join a fantastic biotech corporation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on cell and gene therapy.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will develop and distribute training linked to the QMS and any other position linked training when needed.
• When necessary, you will assist with periodic system evaluations.
• Offer key performance indicator reports for divisions when necessary.
• Write and uphold procedural documents connected to management of documents in the QMS.
• Uphold documentation held externally from the QMS, which involves document concerns, return and filing when needed, etc.
• The ideal candidate will assist with QMS projects, which involves contributing to computer system validation actions when necessary.
• Any other assigned duties.

• An organised individual with the ability to manage time efficiently as well as exhibit the ability to be flexible and adapt.

Requirements:

• Acquaintance working with electronic QMS for document and process management.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with both developing and distributing end user training, ideally system training.
• Former involvement working with high volumes of documentation, both electronically and in paper form.
• Comprehension of GDP and computer system validation within the pharmaceutical division.
• Expertise on working within a regulated setting, particularly with concerns to record retention.
• Know-how of both GCP and GMP concerning QMS actions.
