Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will handle the team of qualification, calibration and automation engineers and apprentices.
• Arrange and handle division actions guaranteeing effectiveness and the removal of waste is paramount.
• You will set and handle pertinent as well as suitable KPI's to drive consistent improvement.
• Suggest novel solutions to offer pertinent added value to the business.
• Uphold a high level of curiosity, interest, as well as comprehension of the technology trends and prospects.
• The ideal candidate will guarantee people's development meets the requirements of the business now and for the anticipated future.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level or pertinent qualification with at least 5 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Familiarity in role consisting of qualification or calibration.
• SAP expertise.
• Capable of planning small projects and drive implementation.
• In concurrence with the maintenance manager, ensure cGMP compliance for the maintenance team.
• Able to handle budget setting.
