Hobson Prior is seeking a Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology Project Lead. This role involves managing and supporting various Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology (QCP) Programs across different therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:
Act as a link between the QCP department and clients.
Collaborate with QCP Leaders within the organization.
Lead initiatives to improve business processes within the QCP organization.
Assist in delivering and guiding Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) strategies across multiple clients and indications.
Encourage and mentor junior modelers within a dynamic team.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field.
Experience in a pharmaceutical company or Clinical Research Organization (CRO), including project management, in early development trials with Pharmacokinetics (PK).
Understanding of clinical pharmacology, clinical drug development, and the overall pharmaceutical R&D process.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience working with teams across global time zones.
Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic concepts, including nonlinear mixed effects modeling and MIDD.
Proficiency in NonMem and PopPK modeling. Experience with MatLab and WinNonLin is a plus.
