QC Validation

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a QC Validation to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a contract basis located in London. Our client is focused on creating a treatment that might possibly be a cure for those suffering from severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will assist with the development and validation of formed and innovative analytical test strategies for the present and newly evolved gene therapy products.
• Produce validation test protocols, data analysis and reports in assistance of the strategy transfer and validation actions conducted guaranteeing compliance needs are upheld.
• Create strategy SOPs are developed and executed to assist all validated strategies while assuring these are present.
• Conduct routine assessment of the analytical strategies to ensure they are being implemented and are operating as expected.
• Responsible for assisting with maintaining quality management system and controlling documents while guaranteeing that the data integrity of all data created.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree or higher degree level in a human health or science field with demonstrable experience within a pharmaceutical or any other similar regulated organisation such as biologics.
• Familiarity within an analytical strategies/validation role within a research or pharmaceutical organisation.
• Acquaintance with analytical practices such as qPCR, HPLC (RP-HPLC/SEC), ELISA, SDS/Western blot, cell-culture and DNA extraction would be ideal.
• Competence in a body of information, mainly ICH Q2(R1) regulations.
• Computer literacy would be ideal.
