Hobson Prior is seeking a motivated QC Sample Management Specialist to join our Quality Control Support team. This role involves coordinating samples from various sources and ensuring smooth operations. You will also play an active role in implementing and improving processes while maintaining GMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage samples: Coordination, logistics and inventory.
• Sample incoming goods and review receiving and sampling activities.
• Collaborate with other departments daily.
• Write procedures and support deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Participate in or lead the implementation of new processes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines and lean/agile principles.
• Technical knowledge (SAP, eLIMS, SharePoint, etc) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Service-minded and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-driven and positive mindset, without compromising quality.
• Fluent in English.
