Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Control Planner. This role involves planning and coordinating quality control testing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling daily testing plans, preparing for testing activities and tracking external testing schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily quality control testing activities.
- Prepare for testing activities, ensuring all necessary materials and documentation are ready.
- Track external testing schedules and highlight any risks.
- Develop detailed testing schedules and plans, ensuring all stakeholders are on board.
- Use the MRP/ERP system for quality control and translate data into business processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory data and coordinate necessary updates.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Buyer to align material ordering processes with inventory targets and testing plans.
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs and waste.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practice.
- Complete assigned GMP documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with change management, including developing implementation plans and communicating changes effectively.
- Experience in a QC Analytics department or organisation is preferred.
- Ability to analyse complex information and design workflows and procedures.
- Ability to anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Planning, organising and quality management skills.
- Professionalism and ability to handle pressure along with strong attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and peers from a range of functions and backgrounds.
