Hobson Prior are currently looking for a QA Specialist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Baden-Wurttemberg. Our client is focused on producing affordable, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Untersuchung von Abweichungen und Reklamationen, Identifizierung und Nachverfolgung von CAPAs und Verbesserungsplänen.
• Unterstützung von technischen Transfers, Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsarbeiten.
• Change Control Management.
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Product Quality Reviews für Arzneimittel, Annual Product Review sowie Trendanalysen.
• Durchführung der Freigabe von Halbfertigprodukten und Fertigwaren Kosmetika, Repellents und Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln.
• Durchführen von internen Audits.
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kunden- und behördlichen Audits.

Requirements:

• Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Chemie- oder Pharmaziestudiums, oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur CTA oder ähnliche Ausbildung, sowie idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in relevantem Umfeld (speziell Qualitätsmanagement).
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Chemie, Pharmazie.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement / Qualitätssicherung / Qualitätskontrolle.
• Sehr gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in abteilungsübergreifenden Teams.
• Erfahrung mit GMP und QMS idealerweise in der Arznei, Lebensmittel und Kosmetikindustrie.
• Unternehmerisches Handeln.
