Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a role based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Quality Management System and ensuring the smooth running of quality assurance activities at our Dublin site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Quality Management System for our Dublin site.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor the progress and timely execution of quality assurance activities.
• Handle deviations investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage the documentation system including reviewing and approving standard operating procedures batch manufacturing records and other controlled documents.
• Maintain the site Validation Master Plan and Planned Preventative Maintenance Program including reviewing calibration and maintenance reports.
• Conduct internal audits as outlined in the company audit program.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with both Irish and UK regulations and best practices.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) including record keeping and secure storage requirements.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of GMP for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs).
