Hobson Prior are seeking for a QA Qualification Expert to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in Poland with remote working available. Our client is focused on widening access to biological remedies.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will support the development of system needs and specifications to guarantee that needs are testable as well as the pertinent regulatory need are met.
• Recognise and qualify all systems which affect cGMP operations using a risk-based strategy to distribute validation programs to avoid gaps concerning compliance.
• You will guarantee initiation/planning and closeout of all aberrations, CAPA and change control records connected to validation subjects.
• Serve as the QA validation owner, distributing the quality assurance of alterations for new executions or developments to current systems/procedures.
• To outline and implement the program of work to execute compliant validation alterations.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific/engineering discipline such as biotechnology, biology, pharmacy or similar.
• Prior involvement in validation and qualification, preferably within a biotech or pharmaceutical organisation.
• At least 5 years of experience which involves development of validation methods, validation procedures and implementation.
• Acquaintance with computer system validation of automated systems, for example: familiarity in cleaning and process validation.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
