Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Operations Consultant to join our team for a 6-month contract. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and compliance at various manufacturing sites. This position involves significant travel within the US to collaborate with partners and oversee quality assurance processes.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Help set up and qualify new manufacturing sites.
• Monitor and ensure quality standards are met at these sites.
• Act as a quality representative on-site, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Support manufacturing sites during clinical production.
• Review production records in real-time to maintain product quality.
• Ensure timely completion of any deviations or changes in procedures.
• Verify that staff are properly trained for their roles.
• Check environmental data to ensure compliance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in quality assurance within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with advanced therapy medicinal products, especially CAR-T.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site work.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong skills in managing projects and engaging with teams.
