Hobson Prior are seeking a QA Auditor to join a brilliant pharmaceutical establishment on a permanent basis located in Oxford with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on forming transformative technologies to help manage people's health.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the compliance gap management actions, such as compliance risk management, gap closure, etc.
• Plan, evaluate and examine affiliated metrics and data.
• You will follow guidelines and company standards adjustments, as well as review and convey the influence and compliance alterations needed of these modifications with the pertinent divisions.
• Assist with inspection promptness actions for reviews on an external basis which involves training personnel / direction to be ready for inspections on an external level.
• The ideal candidate will recognise hazards to the department and produce a plan as well as prioritise solutions to acknowledge compliance gaps.
• Accountable for assisting with and/or guiding allocated reviews on an internal basis, vendor reviews and review procedures on an external level.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a science, technology, engineering or similar discipline.
• Familiarity with internal reviews in a Qualified Lead Auditor role.
• Prior involvement with Medical Devices, MDR/IVDR, ISO13485, ISO9001, and 21 CFR.
• Social capabilities with experience in producing a culture of inspections being value-add actions, inspiring others on developments and activities, as well as enhancing compliance consciousness across the teams.
• Acquaintance with the broader Quality field, and/or clinical inspecting would be advantageous for this role, but not essential.
• Willing to travel for business needs.
