Hobson Prior is seeking a full-time QA Auditor (GCP) to join a dynamic bio-pharmaceutical Quality Assurance team. This role is instrumental to the success of the company and offers an exciting career path for those who are passionate about continuous improvement and quality assurance in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operations to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Organize and conduct internal system audits as well as external investigative site/vendor audits.
• Develop and update departmental Standard Operating Procedures, forms, and templates.
• Organize, conduct, and track company-wide Regulatory Training (ICH/GCP, GLP, Medical Device).
• Manage, conduct, track, and resolve company-wide Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations.
• Create training materials and relevant tests and guides.
• Collaborate with external clients/sponsors.
• Provide support during Regulatory Inspections when required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or nursing.
• Prior experience in a QA department in a related industry.
• Experience with GCP site audits and vendor audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
