Hobson Prior are currently looking for a QA Associate to join a brilliant organisation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on offering a supporting the life science industry.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, you will perform internal system, external site and vendor audits as the main or co-auditor.
- Accountable for tracking audits via their lifecycle and guaranteeing timelines are met.
- Inform personnel of schedules evaluation or assisting of ad hoc evaluation of QMS document.
- Evaluate and log SOP aberrations and agree on CAPA as needed.
- Assist with individual client projects with QA needs as per contracts.
- Offer basic QA advice to the study team.
- You will have oversight of the QA administrative position, offer QMS admin assistance.
- Evaluate CAPA plans as well as track due dates.
- Responsible for assisting the investigation of possible severe breach/non-compliance.
- Guarantee concise allocation of tasks and oversight of accomplishment.
- Any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience within a GCP quality assurance role in a pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO.
- Demonstrable experience working within clinical trials within the UK.
- Know-how of suitable UK clinical research regulatory needs, which involves GCP and UK statutory instruments.
- Educated to a degree level in a life science field or licensed as a healthcare professional.
- Capable of guiding, inspiring and motivating others.
- Works well independently with the ability to prioritise and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- A quality-focused attitude with interpersonal abilities.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- A pragmatic mindset with the ability to learn in a swift manner.
- Works well with others in a team setting.
- Takes a flexible approach to change.
- An innovative and forward thinker.
- Willing to travel for business needs.
