Hobson Prior is working with a leading global biotechnology company who are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Associate. This role focuses on ensuring the high quality of our products, which include treatments for haemophilia, immune deficiencies, and more. The successful candidate will handle quality issues, coordinate product complaints, and interact with health authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with national and international health authorities is part of daily business.
• Coordination and investigation of product complaints and side effect reports
• Ensuring that inspections are carried out on time and in accordance with quality (in some cases across locations) and carrying out CAPA campaigns
• Preparation of communication with authorities
• Cooperation with the production areas and other interfaces in the company
• Preparation of official audits / inspections as well as support in answering official inquiries

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in natural sciences, preferably in pharmacy, chemistry or biology.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company and in the GMP environment.
• High social skills, ability to work in a team, enthusiasm, networked thinking, strong communication skills as well as precise and reliable way of working.
• Fluency in English and professional working level German is required.
