Hobson Prior is seeking a PV Clinical Quality Assurance Associate (Vendor Management/Operations) to join a pharmaceutical organization on a contract basis. In this role, you will support the pharmacovigilance (PV) department with vendor and supplier management, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. This is a remote position based on the East Coast.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance team in managing vendors and suppliers.
• Assess and qualify vendors to ensure they meet necessary requirements.
• Oversee vendor activities and conduct evaluations to determine their suitability.
• Set up and manage vendor information in relevant systems.
• Perform risk assessments for new and existing vendors, including creating formal evaluations.
• Maintain and update the PV System Master File and perform quality checks.
• Optionally, conduct audits of vendors if experienced.
• Support the management of vendor-related deviations and internal issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and provide inspection readiness support.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Practical experience working with various PV vendors, such as patient support programs or pharmacies.
• Knowledge of procurement or legal processes related to vendor risk assessment.
• Familiarity with PV contractual agreements and master service agreements (MSAs).
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and qualifying vendors
