Project Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for a Project Manager to work on a 6-month contract for a world-wide biopharma organisation in Belgium. As the Project Manger you will carry out / review the study of the HVAC installation of several buildings under renovation / transformation, and to be able to monitor the installation and troubleshooting if necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will represent HVAC expertise on different projects
• Carries out, or revises if necessary, the study part of the HVAC technical installation (Sizing, calculations, etc.).
• Ensure project planning consolidation of the HVAC part with the project leader and / or the technical coordinator.
• Established the specifications.
• Ensures monitoring of the installation by the subcontractor, ensuring that the installation is installed in compliance with the specifications.
• Ensures that the subcontractor schedule is maintained and communicates any deviation directly to the Project leader.
• Ensures, during the completion or review of the study part, that all energy aspects have been taken into account to limit carbon borrowing as much as possible.
• Provide the customer with an HVAC installation in accordance with established specifications.
• If required, troubleshooting and makes every effort to quickly resolve any problems encountered.

Requirements:

• A minimum experience of 10 years is required in an equivalent position.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical field.
• HVAC, Project Engineering, Piping skills are required.
• Industrial Engineer in Energy orientation; Civil engineer.
