Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will monitor actions of the internal collaborators working on the statistical part of the project.
• Arrange the project-connected duties of the statistics team working under their accountability.
• The ideal candidate will arrange the workload between the biostatisticians.
• Guarantee that the project timelines are followed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the sponsor of the project and internal study teams.
• Assure that all duties are performed by the team working under their accountability are compliant to the suitable processes and are meeting the requested level of quality.
• Raise all concerns linked to the performance of the statistical actions under their supervision to internal management and propose solutions.
• Offer routine feedback on the status of the studies and projects under their supervision to the internal management.
• Contribute to the preparation and authoring of the offers for statistical projects by estimating the workload and resources required.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a scientific field such as computer science, life science or similar with post-grad in statistics, or biostatistics with at least 3 years of experience in a biostatistician role within clinical trials.
• At least 5 years of experience working within a clinical trial writing protocol.
• Know-how in SAS and any other statistical software such as JMP, R, ETC would be beneficial.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing as well as to non-statisticians.
• Works well in a team with the ability to flexibly work on diverse projects in numerous disease areas.
