Hobson Prior is seeking a Project Engineer for a permanent role based in Braunton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of engineering projects and providing support across a wide range of capital projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering projects and provide support for various capital projects.
• Lead capital projects from the planning stage to handover, while managing the project scope and budget.
• Keep track of project budget targets and predict future expenses.
• Handle the processing of orders related to capital projects.
• Assist the validation department in preparing and executing equipment and process validation protocols.
• Write technical reports on a variety of subjects.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working with capital expenditure/CAPEX is a necessity.
• Must have a project management certification.
• Experience in managing engineering projects.
• Ideally, should have experience with industrial building services.
