Responsibilities:
Maintain the RLT program's Confluence space with up-to-date project information, financials, charts, and roadmaps.
Prepare presentation materials for various audiences.
Organize and facilitate decision meetings, ensuring appropriate preparation, agenda setting, and summary publication.
Organize regular meetings for active projects and opportunity investigations.
Assist teams and individuals with review readiness.

Key Skills and Requirements:
Experience working in a high-paced global environment in an administrative or operational role.
Proven capability in interacting with managers and leaders in a complex services organization.
Understanding of executive stakeholder management and governance frameworks.
Fluent in English; basic to intermediate proficiency in German is a plus.
