• Use problem-solving tools to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Take part in training programs and contribute to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working in a regulated production or laboratory setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies is an advantage.
