Hobson Prior is seeking a Production Operator for a 1-year contract role based in Stein, Switzerland. This role involves shift work and requires a team player who can handle pressure and is adaptable. You will be involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the manufacturing process.
• Review batch documentation accurately and timely.
• Clean and prepare production facilities and rooms.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental rules are followed.
• Carry out in-process controls.
• Monitor equipment for early signs of issues.
• Document actions in accordance with regulations.
• Manage the supply of consumables for the operation.
• Dispose of waste generated during production activities.
• Participate in the preparation of the production plan.
• Handle biological and chemical substances in production.
• Participate in relevant training and maintain a required level of training.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Completed training.
• Knowledge of technology and/or processes/products.
• Team player with good team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High sense of duty and care.
• Constructive way of working, flexibility, solution-oriented.
• Self-motivation and ability to learn.
• Good understanding of GMP.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and process control systems.
• Basic technical understanding/automation.
