Production Operator

Hobson Prior is seeking a Production Operator for a role in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves carrying out all assigned tasks in line with the production plan and relevant guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out all assigned tasks in line with the production plan and relevant guidelines.
• Check batch documentation in a timely and error-free manner.
• Clean, prepare, and disinfect production facilities and spaces as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area.
• Follow and enforce health, safety, and environmental rules and guidelines.
• Apply and enforce current GMP rules.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Completed relevant training.
• Knowledge of technology and/or processes/products.
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
• High sense of duty and care.
• Good understanding of GMP.
• Proficiency in MS Office and process control systems.
• Basic technical understanding/automation.
• Ability to speak German.
