Hobson Prior are looking for a Production Operator to join a fantastic pharmaceutical company on a contract basis located in Basel. Our Client is focused on finding innovative remedies.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will make sure that incoming inspections and samplings are carried out.
• Maintaining a clean and disinfected environment at all times.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of sampling utensils and ensure the correct storage of them.
• Performing a check on the sterilization data for the sampling utensils.
• Make sure compliance with clothing regulations and personal protection measures is in order.
• Manage the shipping of analytical samples on a national and international level.
• Maintaining a re-sampling program and ensuring that it is implemented.
• Maintain a regular cleaning schedule for the transport boxes that are used for shipping.

Key Skills:

• Ability to comprehend technical and analytical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Able to communicate effectively with others
• Good organizational skills and flexibility when it comes to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to manage time on the shop floor according to the production schedule.

Requirements:

• Experience Supervising and training new employees, as well as providing guidance when necessary.
• A completed apprenticeship as a laboratory technician with equivalent training or experience in sampling administration.
• A strong background in sample administration, quality control, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sterile manufacturing.
• Having a good knowledge of German.
• Ability to work on-site for the full duration of the project.
