Principal Data Scientist - Team Lead

Hobson Prior are looking for a Principal Data Scientist - Team Lead to join a fantastic medical device specialist biotech organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on improving non-invasive diagnostics for various conditions.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will be responsible for line managing a team of statisticians, data scientists and bioinformaticians.
• Provide aid, training and oversight of the team.
• Accountable for vendor management.
• Tactical contributions into the teams development.
• Offer technical assistance as and when required.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a PhD degree level in a relevant field.
• Familiarity in a line management role.
• Capable of being on site 3-4 times a week.
