Your work will focus on using data to improve business processes and support digital transformation. Responsibilities:

Understand and improve business processes through data solutions.
Create a data strategy and roadmap with business partners.
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers.

Ensure data quality and develop expertise in enterprise data domains.
Manage projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and scope.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in designing complex data models and leading data projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
Familiarity with data integration tools and data governance practices.
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
