Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be offering tactical and senior level leadership for the manufacturing platform technology part.
• Lead the set up of a biomanufacturing facility through planning, arranging, guiding and reviewing necessary actions.
• Execute new technologies that allow to improve the company's value or conventional practice for better efficiency.
• Develop and review prospects for executing facilitating technologies, which involved enhanced process control algorithms to resolve difficult biomanufacturing encounters with both IT and automation solutions.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Engineering and automation experience of biologics.
• Prior involvement in a leadership role managing GMP and FDA standards.
• Familiarity with AI-driven bioproduction would be ideal.
• Willing to travel for business needs on an international scale.
