Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Preventive Maintenance manager to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on producing products for both medical and veterinary needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will handle the preventive maintenance team, guaranteeing that the PM is performed to the correct timelines.
• Assure that the team are trained to carry out maintenance.
• Develop the preventive maintenance methods to reduce down time.
• The ideal candidate will be accountable for continuous improvement strategies to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to acknowledge and mitigate any root cause issues.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Expertise on equipment reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with executing PPM schedules, as well as working within either a pharmaceutical or biotechnology organisation.
• Prior involvement in handling engineering teams.
• Educated to a degree level in an engineering field or similar.
