Pharmacometrician (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are seeking for a Pharmacometrician to join a fantastic medical technology corporation on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the US. Our client is focused on generating value for their clients by quickening and reducing the costs of R&D by novel science0based software.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will guide multi-disciplinary project teams to the successful accomplishment of client contracts.
• Offer acumens into the optimal use of modelling and simulation in drug development programs.
• You will formulate pharmacometrics analysis plans, guaranteeing the suitableness of strategies for data management and analysis as well as conformity with present regulatory direction.
• To meet project deadlines and budgets, you will efficiently use resources internally.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for allocated clients and projects.
• Interact in actions from consulting on study designs through to the development and review of models, the performance of simulations and the presentation of outcomes.

Requirements:

• Educated to a PhD degree level in pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutics, pharmacology or a similar discipline with 3+ years of experience in a quantitative modelling-oriented position.
• Educated to a Masters degree level in a statistics discipline would be advantageous.
• Acquaintance with Monolix, NONMEM, and R.
• Familiarity with population PK and PK/PD modelling, Exposure-Response modelling, and model-based simulations.
• Prior involvement with model application to assist in dose selection, FIH dose expectation and pediatric development.
