Hobson Prior is seeking a PSC to permanently join our client. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient services at a designated facility, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and support for patients participating in clinical trials. You will work closely with researchers, study coordinators, and other teams to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for patients, providing clear communication about study procedures, schedules, and expectations.
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and registrations using various systems and tools.
- Build strong relationships with patients, investigators, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support operational needs, including liaising with service providers (e.g., couriers, cleaning companies, equipment suppliers).
- Prepare documents and devices required for patient visits in line with clinical trial protocols.
- Participate in internal and external training sessions as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the site.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and patients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and clinical trial databases.
- Knowledge of GDPR/RODO regulations and patient privacy standards.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, clinical coordination, or a related field.
- Experience in patient services, clinical trials, or research settings is preferred.
