Hobson Prior is seeking a Packaging Engineer for a contract role based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be part of a team that focuses on enhancing and validating package components and processes in the engineering industry. This role does not require specific years of experience but having a background in pharma or medical devices would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and validate packaging components and processes.
• Develop plans for package testing, interpret the results, and participate in the improvement of processes.
• Determine and coordinate physical testing to ensure the integrity of the product and package.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is required.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is desirable.
• Experience in packaging is advantageous.
