Hobson Prior are working closely with a brilliant pharmaceutical company who are seeking an experienced Operations Start-Up Scheduler/Planner on a contract basis. Our Client is focused on building a manufacturing facility for the next generation drug substance in biotech.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, you will Manage and iterate start-up schedules across Operational Readiness workstreams on Primavera P6 together with the lead Operational Readiness Scheduler.
- Develop and manage the integrated operational readiness schedule in collaboration with the Operational Readiness Project Managers.
- Attend weekly workstream meetings and work with workstream teams to track progress, plan upcoming tasks, and identify risks.
- Develop and manage cross-discipline Operational Readiness schedules, as well as project control tools such as performance updates and schedule changes.
- Plan the schedule so that it accurately reflects the interdependencies between equipment and workflow, resource requirements, durations and sequences.
- Coordinate with the CAPEX/GFD project controls team to ensure GFD schedules are integrated with Operations Readiness schedules.
- Ensure accuracy and robustness of the Operational Readiness schedule by continuous monitoring.
- Provide regular updates on schedule progress, issues, and delays to project and site management.
- Update and maintain schedule accuracy in collaboration with site operational readiness workstream owners.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on operations readiness schedules.
Key Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with cross-functional members within the organization to ensure the schedule is updated and maintained accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- A proficient user of Primavera P6 for creating, updating, and maintaining complex schedules.
- Experienced in creating, updating, and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project.
