Hobson Prior is currently recruiting a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join a biotech company.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage occupational health programs.
• Secure and develop all medical records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services.
• Set up the department to achieve SEQOHS accreditation.
• Implement an occupational health software system to ensure compliance and meet business needs, including the development of reports and metrics.
• Maintain employee and medical confidentiality at all times.
• Develop and review Occupational Health Policies and Procedures in line with Global Employee Health services, local legislation, business changes, and audit requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMBI registration.
• Minimum of 3 years post-registration OH experience.
• At least one year of experience within a manufacturing/pharmaceutical setting is desirable.
