Hobson Prior is seeking an Observational Research Manager to work on studies that use real-world data to support various products throughout their lifecycle. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, initially working onsite 1-2 days a week, transitioning to mostly remote work with occasional onsite requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan research studies using internal databases.
• Write plans for statistical analysis and guide data analysts.
• Interpret study results and share findings.
• Stay updated on the latest in epidemiology and drug development.
• Communicate important scientific information clearly.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong skills in writing, communication, and time management.
• Background in epidemiology or related field.
• Experience with large databases and statistical software like SAS or R.
• Ability to work well in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in research, particularly in pharmaceutical or public health settings.
