Hobson Prior is seeking a proactive and dedicated NPI Formulation & (Associate) Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, creating, and ensuring robust, functioning, and lean manufacturing processes. They will also coordinate relevant NPI/transfer projects using the appropriate local or global company methodology and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business administration and project management skills.
• Practical knowledge and hands-on approach regarding lab scales, upscaling, and trials, as well as validation runs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
• Good IT knowledge (SAP, Trackwise, MS Office) is an advantage.
• Experience with GMP, QMS, and ideally in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industry are an advantage.
