Hobson Prior are looking for a MSAT Expert to join a pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Visp. Our Client is focused on providing a sustainable, patient-centred and human-centred partner to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, transfer, supervise, and optimize DP (drug product) processes with (commercial) customer project teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and customer requirements by qualifying and validating products and processes.
• Create a standardized MSAT procedure and process.
• Analyze data for complex root cause investigations and deviations, product impact assessments, change control assessments, and CAPA assessments.
• Assess and scale up technology in engineering and greenfield projects.
• Improve processes continuously and drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Obtain a master's degree in life sciences (such as biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology).
• A minimum of four years of similar experience is required.
• A willingness to play a significant role in furthering process transfer development.
• Fluent in both German and English, both verbally and in writing.
