Medical Manager

Hobson Prior are looking for a Medical Manager to join an International Consultancy Company providing full-service support to the Life Sciences/ Clinical Trials Sector. This position is on a permanent basis, located in Warsaw Poland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safety management related to PV.
• Medical review of ICSRs.
• Safety responsibilities with safety database and medical coding.
• Medical review of trial documents in the preparation of projects (study outlines, synopsis, trial protocols, CRFs).
• Medical review of trial documents at the end of projects (clinical trial reports, abbreviated reports, abstracts).
• Medical review of project plans for medical and safety stand-alone projects.
• Medical review of data listings, validation of medical clinical study data, premature discontinuation cases and protocol deviations.
• Risk assessment during conduct of trials.
• Generation of queries regarding medical issues / guidance and advice during data cleaning.
• Signal and Risk management.
• Writing of Risk Management Plans.
• Medical Project Management.
• Manage medical tasks during clinical trials in cooperation with operational PM).
• Manage drug safety tasks during clinical trials in cooperation with operational PM).
• Manage drug safety stand-alone projects.

Key Skills:

• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Good organisation skills.
• Reliable and have a strong commitment.

Requirements:

• Life Science, preferably physician, pharmacist.Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance.
• Comprehensive medical knowledge.
• Working visa is required.
• Experience in the conduct of clinical trials and post-marketing PV.
• Basic knowledge of medical coding (MedDRA / WHO-Drug Dictionary).
• Good knowledge of usual office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
