Medical Information Specialist

Hobson Prior are looking for a Medical Information Specialist to join a brilliant biotech organisation on a contract basis located in Welwyn Garden City. Our client is focused on providing life-changing remedies for people suffering from major illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for amplifying the potential for the pharmaceutical corporation to distribute quality to all internal and external shareholders by excellent client service offering personalised, clear information when required.
• To distribute on global vision for medical information/engagement, you will assist with sharing knowledge and allowing agile service development.
• Oversee compliance, ethics and safety are kept to a high standard by putting patient's needs first, ensuring company manner complies with suitable laws, industry codes and the company's own code of conduct.
• To assist associates, you will prove the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) roles, as they progress their personal competences and abilities.
• Cooperate with shareholders to assist with sharing acumens and the best results for the company's clients.
• Guarantee "foundational work" is finalised, with constant analysis of HOW it's done to instigate effectiveness and reduce materials needed to accomplish it without conceding needed standards.
• Guarantee prioritisation to evade Chapter "work-creep" outside of Foundational work, Squad-prioritised work and Personal Development.
• When needed, the ideal candidate will contribute to squads and squad work such as affiliates or others as well as global actions.
• Keep up to date with extensive scientific and technical know-how of the company's products and therapeutic areas.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• Exceptional social and communication skills, both verbally and written.
• High attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a life science, pharmacy or pharmacology discipline.
• Prior working experience in a medical information role involving pharmacy experience within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Client service experience with a client management background.
• Solid research capabilities with the ability to source out information, generate replies internally and externally which involves literature materials and internal tools and systems.
• Able to summarise and convey multifaceted medical information.
• Assist with learning and development within the organisation by training and mentoring.
• Participate in improving squad/chapter based strategic plans and objectives.
