Medical Governance Officer

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Medical Governance Officer to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Reading. Our client is focused on developing solutions to treat health and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will work alongside colleagues to offer knowledge and advice concerning the ABPI code of practice and linked to the company's QSDs.
• Serve as the main point of contact regarding queries.
• The ideal candidate will update and uphold ABPI code of practice connected quality system documents for the UK under the guidance of the lead medical governance officer/head of medical governance.
• Produce and distribute efficient training and validations on the needs and implementation of the ABPI code of practice and the medical governance division's SOPs.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a pertinent life science discipline or corresponding work experience.
• Comprehension of the ABPI code of practice and its implementation within a pharmaceutical organisation.
• Expertise on quality system documents and SOPs.
• Familiarity in project management and process checks
• Interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to resolve issues.
