Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Medical Director to join a biotech organisation on a contract basis located in South Korea. Our client is focused on changing the lives of those who suffer from severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will offer non-promotional educational, scientific and research assistance for the rare disease portfolio of products in Korea.
• Collaborate with the regional manager international and global medical affairs to distribute medical affairs actions as agreed and endorsed by the core asset team and ExCom.
• Guide and be accountable for pharmacovigilance, medical information, healthcare compliance, etc.
• Provide medical affairs assistance on pre-launch actions, and marketed product which involves post approval development actions.
• Guarantee all actions in the country are carried out in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a medical field.
• Familiarity in a medical affairs role.
• Leadership and rare disease acquaintance would be ideal.
• Fluency in both Korean & English.
