Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Risch-Rotkreuz. Our client is focused on improving and prolonging the lives of many.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position, you will be accountable for offering secretarial and administrative assistance.
• Assist the project managers in preparing promotional material for marketing.
• Guarantee the full execution of the SOP.
• You will issue reports showing customer's satisfaction levels monthly and update the distributors database.
• Assure the precise accomplishment of all reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level.
• Expertise in marketing and networking would be ideal.
• Knowledge in the market and customer.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German.
• Capable of understanding Swiss accents in German.
