Hobson Prior is recruiting for a skilled and detail-oriented Market Access Communications and Copy Specialist to join a creative team focused on pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. In this role, you will create clear, engaging, and accurate content that supports strategies and boosts engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all materials align with strategic goals and compliance standards.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit content for various audiences, including payers, healthcare professionals, and policy influencers.
• Simplify complex clinical and health economics information into concise, audience-friendly messages.
• Develop materials such as value propositions, reimbursement guides, educational brochures, email campaigns, infographics, and training decks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with brand and compliance guidelines.
• Partner with clients to gather insights and recommend effective content strategies.
• Work closely with designers to integrate visuals and copy seamlessly.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Ensure all materials meet scientific accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate clinical data for non-clinical audiences.
• Knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape, reimbursement processes, and value messaging.
• Experience with medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes and platforms like Veeva.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements for promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Background in communications, life sciences, or marketing; consultancy or agency experience is a plus.

Compensation:

• $120,000 to $140,000 per annum.
