Hobson Prior is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a contract role based in Geel, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives, projects, and process improvements. They will also provide technical support for root cause investigations and corrective actions regarding process deviations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
• Provide technical support for investigating the root cause of process deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Offer advice and technical expertise to support daily performance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and support process data trending.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and point of contact within the departments and for internal and external audits.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience or strong technical knowledge in biopharmaceutical production and process equipment.
• Understanding of GMP regulations and Quality/Compliance.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with change and project management is beneficial.
• Familiarity with BioLIMS, Datastream, Delta V, MES is beneficial.
• Knowledge of biologics manufacturing (mAbs fed-batch production) is beneficial.
