Hobson Prior are currently looking for 2x Manufacturing Improvement Lead to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on generating solutions that might have the possibility of curing people who suffer from severe illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will direct internal investigations into manufacturing aberrations and safety incidents.
• Responsible for change management actions for manufacturing resources in the scope of current manufacturing procedures.
• Accountable for project management and distribution of CAPA and improvements to the manufacturing procedures, process and ways of working.
• The ideal candidate will perform audits in the manufacturing group, guaranteeing compliance is always upheld.
• Assist, train and inspire manufacturing team members and their teams to improve quality and safety performance.
• You will author, evaluate and approve documentation for manufacturing and validation actions in the manufacturing facility.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• Familiarity within a pharmaceutical / GMP product manufacturing task.
• A background in a leadership role within a GMP product manufacturing setting.
• Works well with others.
• Capable of working within a results-driven, team-focused setting.
