Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Manufacturing Improvement Associate to join a fantastic biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on creating solutions that may have the possibility of curing those suffering from serious illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be accountable for guaranteeing that any GMP documentation such as problems, CAPAs, change controls, BMRs & audit/inspection activities allocated are closed in a RFT state as well as in a timely manner.
• You will guide internal investigations into manufacturing aberrations and safety incidents.
• Execute consistent improvement approaches and projects within the gene therapy manufacturing facility and connected to all manufacturing business procedures.
• Assume performance supervising, trending and improvement for safety and GMP compliance actions within manufacturing.
• The ideal candidate will perform audits within the manufacturing group, guaranteeing compliance is upheld at all times.
• Assist, train and influence manufacturing team members and their teams to improve quality and safety and service performance.
• Responsible for project management and delivery of CAPA and any other improvements to the manufacturing procedures, process and ways of working.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a science or engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical/GMP product manufacturing.
• Works well with others.
• Outcomes driven.
