Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance processes for assembling electronic components.
Work with teams to ensure designs are easy to manufacture and assemble.
Provide technical support and solve manufacturing issues.
Validate and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Continuously improve processes for better quality and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with different departments to support production needs.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Experience in electronic manufacturing, ideally in medical devices.
Knowledge of electronic assembly methods and quality systems.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and basic office software.
