Hobson Prior is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for the role of Manager Operational Evidence within a Global Medical Affairs team. This is a remote, contract-based position.

This role focuses on supporting Medical Affairs teams with their proposals and ensuring these proposals are processed correctly. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in evidence generation and project management within the biotechnology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support Medical Affairs teams with their proposals.
• Ensure evidence generation proposals are processed correctly through the operational evidence generation process.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Operational experience in Evidence Generation or Real World Evidence, from either a clinical or medical perspective.
• Strong project management skills within the areas of evidence generation and real-world evidence.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
