Hobson Prior is seeking a Lead Internal Auditor for a permanent role based in Incheon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct internal audits, including operational and compliance audits of all regulated activities.
• Provide audit findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior management to improve internal control and operational performance.
• Lead internal audits and escalate critical findings in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with auditees to improve internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update annual internal audit schedules.
• Prepare audit reports and review audit responses.
• Support management in areas of continuous improvement.
• Monitor regulatory regulations and present to GMP Auditing to ensure the department remains current with regulatory changes and trends.
• Support health authority inspection.

Requirements

• Experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Auditing experience in a GMP Environment.
• Solid understanding and ability to interpret ICH, FDA and EMA GMP requirements, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards (ISO9001, WHO, etc.).
• Knowledge of Data Integrity investigation.
• Knowledge of Data Flow and Data Criticality of regulated activities across the product lifecycle.
