Launch Manager (hybrid/remote-based)

Hobson Prior are seeking for a Launch Manager to join a fantastic pharmaceutical corporation on a permanent basis located in Augsburg, with the ability to work on a hybrid/remote basis from anywhere in Germany, ideally from Ulm or Munich. Our client is focused on fast-tracking access to both affordable and novel remedies.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will optimise and rapid daily communication of alteration to production and deployment to best meet customer service as well as inventory targets.
• To guarantee sustainable launch procedures, you will drive digitalisation of all launch actions to move away reliance on manual and excel connected duties.
• You will guarantee the listing of products in respective market platforms.
• Cooperate with European launch managers to prioritise project needs align with the business and organisational goals.
• The ideal candidate will supervise the logistics of the new launches in Europe to guarantee the project plans and databases are completed in a timely manner.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a science and/or business, discipline.
• At least 5 - 10 years of experience working in a generics pharmaceutical, pharma-connected logistics server or similar organisation.
• Computer literacy in MS Excel.
• Project management experience.
• Fluency in the English language with knowledge in another language would be beneficial.
